Commitment to Accessibility
The Thônes Cœur des Vallées Tourist Office is committed to making its digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with current regulations and the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA)Digital accessibility is a priority that is part of an approach to inclusion and respect for fundamental rights.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone can navigate, understand and interact with our online services, regardless of their means of access or abilities.
Current compliance status
This site has not yet undergone a full accessibility audit. To date, it is improper to RGAA 4.1.2.
Actions in progress
Several actions have been taken to improve the site's accessibility:
- Addition of Alternative texts to meaningful images
Improvement plan
Un multi-year action plan will be carried out. It will include:
- The completion of an RGAA audit by a specialist provider for our future site
- The publication of a accessibility statement opening
- Correcting the identified non-conformities
- Training internal teams on best accessibility practices
