I am a mountain guide and mountain bike instructor, manager of Aravis VTT cycling school!! Activities offered for everyone around mountain biking and the mountains.
In spring and autumn, learning to ride a bike and mountain bike through play and short rides, on Wednesday or Saturday mornings depending on the age group with groups of 5-6 years, 7-8 years.
A different location for each session, games, technical learning, discovery of the local environment, and good humor are on the program of our leisure club.
Please provide the following materials and equipment:
Mountain bike and helmet required.
Shorts or trousers, cycling gloves, sneakers, sunglasses, rain jacket.
Small backpack with water bottle and cereal bar, inner tube.
