Hearing impairment
Accommodation can be booked by email. If you require an adapted room, you must request it by email. The owners have no problem providing information in writing, even after you arrive. The owners do not speak French Sign Language (LSF).

Physical disability
There is no accessible reception desk, but guests with reduced mobility are welcomed in the reception area. The toilet in the hotel's common areas is not wheelchair accessible. The elevator car serving the restaurant and the upstairs rooms is not wide enough. However, there are two ground-floor rooms, one of which meets accessibility standards. Access to this room requires using the ramp located in a building opposite the hotel entrance. All rooms are equipped with curtains and electric shutters. The bedroom entrance door and the bathroom door are 90cm wide. This accessible room, without thresholds or steps, comprises: - two single beds, - a bathroom equipped with grab bars, with a wall-hung toilet and grab bar on the right; If necessary, a shower stool can be installed in the walk-in shower and there is the possibility of removing the shelf under the sink.

Visual impairment
Assistance dogs are welcome. There are no tactile paving strips or tactile paving, either inside or outside the building. Outside, light sensors automatically illuminate the area when it gets dark. In the common areas, motion detectors activate the lighting. The walk-in shower in the adapted bathroom is equipped with grab bars; there is no glass partition, but a shower curtain. The bedroom has a French window leading to the balcony.
