3km from Thônes, 8km from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, and 11km from Lake Annecy, 1,7km from a supermarket, south facing.
In a fully renovated former farmhouse dating from 1780, which also includes 2 other completely independent cottages,
40m² cottage, offering a beautiful view of the mountains, rated 2 ears of corn by Gîte de France, for 4/5 people (2 bedrooms) comprising:
- A fitted kitchen (including a fridge with freezer, 3-burner vitro hob and extractor hood, a dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets)
- A living room with TV
- A bathroom/shower
- A separate toilet
- 1st bedroom of 8m² (bed 140x200)
- 2nd bedroom of 8m² with 2 pull-out beds (90x190) and a mezzanine bed (90x190) for a child
- A large south-facing terrace of 15m² and a second terrace to the east of 20m² with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
- a garden lounge on green spaces.
Direct and free access to the outdoor Jacuzzi SPA, 6 people, by reservation (opens all year round, heated in winter). Reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
Possibility of renting sheets and towels.
