A 105m² (plus 6m² attic space) self-catering cottage, all on one level, located above the owners' chalet (the owners' accommodation is on the lower level). Lovely, warm atmosphere. Beautiful mountain views.
Independent entrance via the apartment terrace.
Entrance hall with cupboard. Very nice living room with fitted kitchen open to the living room and dining area (corner sofa, 140cm television, dining table). 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm separable into 2 beds 80cm on request), bedroom 3 (2 beds 80x200cm twin and 2 bunk beds 90x200cm).
1 bathroom (bathtub, washbasin on cabinet, washer-dryer, toilet), 1 shower room (walk-in shower, 2 washbasins), separate toilet. Private terrace facing South-West with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, parasol, gas plancha. Balcony with deckchairs. Small garden.
Private parking (2 spaces) in front of the cottage. Wifi internet access. Sheets/bed linen and towels provided, end of stay cleaning optional.
Chicken coop (chickens and rooster) on the property, wood company below the chalet (balcony side).
Possibility of recharging electric cars on a traditional domestic socket (additional charge).
Services and leisure: all shops and services in Thones (4,5km). Many walks and hikes (Tournette for example) near the cottage. Skiing in the Aravis: Manigod Col de la Croix Fry connected to La Clusaz 13km, Grand-Bornand 16km. Lake Annecy, beaches 19km, Annecy and its old town 25km.
In summer, Aravis Bus (free shuttle) with stop 1km away.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (large evenings, stag/hen parties, etc.).
