3km from Thônes, 8km from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, and 16km from Lake Annecy, 1,7km from a supermarket, in an old farm from 1780, completely renovated, also including 2 other gîtes; the 3 accommodations are completely independent, offering a beautiful view of the mountains, facing south.
Gîte labeled Gîtes de France 3 épis, 140m² for 9 people (4 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms / WC) on 2 levels including:
On the ground floor:
- A semi-professional kitchen (including 2 fridges, freezer, 6-burner stove, dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets, etc.);
- A living room with wood stove (wood provided), TV and DVD player;
- GARDEN room of 13m² (160 cm bed), WC and bathroom;
- A large south-facing terrace of 36m² with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue
On the 1st floor:
- MONT BLANC room of 14m² with bathroom/bathtub and WC - (1 bed of 180 separable into 2 beds of 90);
- TOURNETTE room of 16m² with bathroom/shower and WC (1 bed of 180 separable into 2 beds of 90 + 1 bed of 90);
- LE NOM room of 15 m² with bathroom/shower and WC (1 bed of 180 separable into 2 beds of 90)

Free access to the 6-person outdoor SPA (Jacuzzi brand), by reservation (heated and open all year round), reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
