La Ferme du Cortet is an old stone farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated to preserve its authentic character. With four bedrooms and three shower rooms, it offers 12 holidaymakers a real Savoyard cocoon, just 2km from Thônes and 12km from the resorts of Manigod, La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
Its main asset is undoubtedly its large flat garden, which includes a pond, a playground, and several spaces to rest and enjoy the fresh air. Its size will allow children to exercise.
Inside, the comfortably furnished spaces around the living room will offer unforgettable moments of conviviality, in the games room, around the bar, in the reading corner on the mezzanine, or in the television room.
The upper floor has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The six-person dormitory may appeal to a group of children, but it would also suit a family.
To sum up, the Ferme du Cortet is a unique property in the heart of the mountains, a real taste of the Alps which will offer a privileged stay to a group of friends or several families.
