The cottage is located at an altitude of 930 m in Dingy-Saint-Clair, between Lake Annecy and the Aravis mountain range, and benefits from good sunshine and perfect tranquility.
Nestled in a mountain setting at the foot of Mount Parmelan, this cottage is just 14 km from Annecy and 10 km from the lake (Menthon-Saint-Bernard). It adjoins the owners' house, a former cheese dairy dating back to 1876, surrounded by a large garden. The 30m² cottage includes a bedroom (double bed 140x190cm), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, four-burner hob, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) opening onto a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet. Guests have free access to the garden, which is furnished with sun loungers, hammocks, a table, and a private shaded terrace. A ping-pong table is available in the summer. Linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. A cleaning fee of €30 is available if you prefer not to clean the cottage yourself. The price is all-inclusive (utilities and tourist tax). Baby equipment provided free of charge upon request.
