Spacious detached house of 154m² (+12m² attic space) divided into 2 apartments: a main apartment on the ground and first floors (sleeps 8 / 3 bedrooms) and a garden-level apartment (sleeps 3 / 2 bedrooms) – accessed via external stairs. Quiet location in the hamlet of La Savatte. Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen-dining room (fireplace – first basket of wood provided – French doors opening onto a balcony), 2 bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed. Shower room with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
First floor: large living room with corner sofa, 127cm smart TV, French doors opening onto a balcony. Bedroom 3 (1 double bed 140x190cm + 2 single beds 90x190cm, one of which is a bunk bed), bathroom (bathtub), separate WC. Annex apartment on the garden level of the house (same level as the terrace): kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm and 1 single bed 90cm), shower room/WC, laundry room (washing machine + dryer).
Bed linen included, towels available for hire. Wifi internet access. Central heating.

Garden and sloping land at the front of the house. Two parking spaces next to the house plus private parking 50m away. Thônes 14km away (shops, services, entertainment, swimming pool, horse riding), Lake Annecy 22km, Annecy city 35km. Hiking trails start from the house (Mont-Charvin). Hikes in the Aravis mountain range. Aravis ski resorts: Manigod/La Croix Fry 23km, La Clusaz/Le Grand-Bornand 25km. Limited mobile phone reception.
