Living room, dining room opening through a large bay window onto the terrace with garden furniture: table, chairs, sun loungers and electric grill.
Bedroom with a large bed (new bedding): "Queen Size Bed" (160 x 200), we have chosen "high-end" bedding: pocket spring mattress for perfect sleeping independence with a memory foam "mattress topper".
Clearance closed by doors between the living room and the bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190) themselves separated by a curtain
Bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine and WC.
Heating: low temperature underfloor heating powered by a heat pump (gentle and even heating throughout the accommodation).
No need for air conditioning: in case of high temperatures, thanks to its layout within the house, the interior of the rental remains cool.
Located near Lake Annecy: 3km from the center of Menthon Saint Bernard (port, beach and local shops 5 mins away), 4km from Veyrier du Lac (port, beach and local shops 7 mins away), 15 mins from Annecy.
Close to the Aravis mountains: 15 minutes from Thônes and 25 minutes from the resorts: La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod
