The Glières National Necropolis is accessible all year round.

The reception building of the Haute-Savoie Departmental Museum of the Resistance is open:

April, May and October to mid-November: Weekends, public holidays and vacations (zone A).
June and September: every day except Monday
From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & from 13:30 p.m. to 17 p.m.

July & August: every day except Monday
From 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.

Guided tours, family workshops from May to September by reservation.

Tips and Suggestions

A ticket purchased on the Morette website entitles you to free entry to "Mémoire du Maquis" located on the Glières plateau for 48 hours.

The Glières National Necropolis can be discovered on the Morette site, a major site of memory of the Resistance.

The Morette site is dedicated to the memory of the Resistance, around the Glières National Necropolis, created in April 1944 to bury 105 resistance fighters who died in combat. It is managed by the National Office for Veterans and Victims of War.
